TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customer Care
Safe, effective, and ethical practice demands that we observe both our scope of practice and standards of care in every interaction with each client. Any massage must begin with the client's informed consent. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures - we also ask that clients maintain good hygiene and cleanliness during the service.
Cancellation
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments. This means that a minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided in order to reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge. If a scheduled appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the service cost will apply.

Policy & Safety
Our services aim for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. By reading this form, I acknowledge that any sexual remarks or advances will terminate the session and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who behaves inappropriately, or who seeks illegal services.
Massage therapy should not be performed under certain medical conditions which are outside of the scope of practice. I understand that massage therapy should not be considered a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatments, and that I should seek professional medical care for any mental or physical ailment that I am aware of. I understand that massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, nor diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness. If I experience any pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to my level of comfort.
I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the therapist updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's part should I fail to do so.
